This was a great Zaxby's location. It was clean and easy to get in and out of. The service was excellent and the food didn't disappoint! We will come back soon! We had a salad, chicken strips, shrimp, fries and drinks. If was all great.

The Zaxby’s in Canton delivered incredibly fast and efficient service. Everything came out beautifully and, most importantly, tasted delicious. The manager and team leader clearly have things running well. The person who took my order—I believe her name was Shelby, though I’m not completely certain—did an excellent job.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Zaxby’s! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. It wasn’t just polite service. It felt like they truly enjoyed being there and cared about making my visit a good one. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and my food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The chicken was perfectly crispy. What really stood out, though, was the staff’s attitude. Everyone seemed upbeat, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. It made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location, not only for the food, but because the people here make it such a positive experience.

Love Zaxbys and this location, just sometimes I feel like I’m get undersold what I ordered. Like sometimes I order extra seasoning for my fries and I never get any seasoning at all or the sauce I order for my wing is a completely different sauce… I know mistakes happen and it doesn’t really ever bother me but I can say I have been mad once or twice from getting the wrong sauce lol

I have never been to this location, and I wanted a cobb salad. I dont really care for the chicken at any of the zaxbys, so I saw the new shrimp and asked if that could be in place of the chicken, and it was a no. Instead, I just asked for extra egg, extra cheese, and an extra piece of bread. There weren't any cars in front of me, and by the time I pulled up, my order was waiting at the window. The cashier was polite and friendly. The salad was great and stuffed to the lid. I will be back to try the shrimp. I did pay a little over 10$ for my salad and I believe it was well worth it.

I absolutely love this place! I was visiting family from the area when they took me to Zaxbys for the first time! It was clean, the food was fresh and tasted great, plus the workers were really helpful when I didn’t know what to order. All together I really enjoyed my experience and I’m definitely coming back soon!!!
